Shipping policy
Free shipping in the United States
Every order ships free within the United States. No minimum, no threshold, no code to remember. The price on the product page is the price at checkout.
How long it takes
Your shirt doesn't exist yet when you order it — it gets printed for you. That means two stages:
- Production: 2–5 business days. This is the printing and quality check.
- Transit: 3–8 business days within the United States after it leaves the print facility.
So most U.S. orders arrive within one to two and a half weeks of ordering. An order with several different designs may arrive in more than one parcel, because they are sometimes printed at different facilities — you are never charged extra for that.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived and tracking has gone quiet for more than a few days, email us and we'll chase it.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after production, though customs can add time we can't predict. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility.
Changing your address
Email mmparlan@novel-ts.llc as fast as you can if you spot a mistake. We can usually correct an address before the order enters production, but not after — once it's printed and labelled it's out of our hands.
