Refund policy

Every Novel-Ts shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer — which is how we can offer this many designs without printing a hundred of each, and it's also why our returns work a little differently from a store with shelves.

If something is wrong with the shirt, we fix it free

Misprints, damage in transit, the wrong item, a print that arrives off-centre or cracked — that is on us, not on you. Email mmparlan@novel-ts.llc within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship anything back.

If the size isn't right

A printed shirt can't be resold, so we don't accept size returns. But we don't want you stuck with a shirt you can't wear either. Tell us within 30 days and we will send the correct size for 50% off — and you keep the first one. Give it to someone who'll wear it.

Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering. Every size is listed there, and a minute spent on the size chart saves this whole conversation.

Change of mind

Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns simply for a change of mind. If you reach us before the order goes into production — usually within a couple of hours of placing it — we will cancel and refund you in full, no questions.

Undeliverable packages

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will re-send it once shipping is covered. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Print variation

These shirts are printed directly onto the garment, so very small variation in print placement is normal and is not a defect. Anything you would actually notice while wearing it is, and we'll replace it.
